摘    要:介绍了相对介电常数低于15的四种低介微波介质陶瓷材料系列(R2BaCuO5(R=Y,Sm,和Yb等)系、Al2O3系、AWO4(A=Ca,Sr和Ba)系和Zn2SiO4系等)的结构和微波介电性能,并指出其目前普遍存在的问题和发展趋势。

Abstract:The crystal structure and dielectric properties of four types of microwave dielectric ceramics series(R2BaCuO5(R=Y,Sm,and Yb etc.),Al2O3,AWO4(A=Ca,Sr and Ba)and Zn2SiO4 etc.) with the dielectric constant lower than 15 were described,What’s more,the ubiquitous problems and development trends of microwave dielectric ceramics with low dielectric constant were also indicated.
