摘    要:压电陶瓷晶粒定向技术是利用压电材料性能各向异性的特点,将无规则取向的陶瓷晶粒定向排列,能够在不改变材料居里点的前提下大幅度提高陶瓷的压电性能。综述了常见的几种压电陶瓷晶粒定向技术,包括热处理技术、模板晶粒生长技术、多层晶粒生长技术和定向凝固法等,以及这些方法在压电陶瓷中的应用,分析和比较了这些方法各自的特点。讨论了晶粒定向对压电陶瓷结构和性能的影响。

Abstract:Grain orientation techniques of piezoelectric ceramics were used by properties anisotropy of piezoelectric material. Randomly orientated ceramics grains were aligned along a certain direction and piezoelectric properties can be greatly enhanced without changing the Curie temperature after grain orientation. Some grain orientation techniques including: hot processing, templated grain growth (TGG), multi-layer grain growth (MLGG) and directional solidification method, and their applications to piezoelectric ceramics were reviewed. Characteristics of these techniques were described. Structure and properties of grain orientated ceramics were discussed.
