Abstract:Advantages and coincidence with science and standard of chip Leadless tantalum capacitors with solid electrolyte are discribed according to manufacturing practice of the author. the correspondent test data and curve graphs are given and Obtained achievement in aspect of design, technology, used materials etc. of the product series and their development trends are surveyed.
