摘    要:针对机载振动敏感设备面临的日益苛刻的振动环境适应性要求,开展减振设计方法和应用的研究。分别对机载振动敏感电子设备的振动环境条件获取方法、振动许用条件的测试手段、减振设计参数的计算方法、减振性能评估的措施进行了详细的探索,解决了减振设计过程中缺少相关设计输入、输出和选型参数的困境。并基于该方法对某机载频率源进行了减振设计的应用,应用结果表明基于该方法设计的减振设计方案,具有很好的减振效果。相比于直接安装,安装隔振器后频率源的振动响应得到了有效的抑制,并且频率源的相噪得到了明显改善。加装隔振器后相噪值均满足设计要求,减振设计达到了预期目标,同时验证了该减振设计方法的可行性。

Abstract:The research on vibration isolation design and application is to meet the rigorous environment requirement of airborne equipment. In this research, how to get the conditions of vibration excitation of airborne vibration-sensitive equipment is discussed, and how to test the permissible condition of vibration, to calculate the design parameter, and to evaluate the performance of vibration isolation are also discussed in detail. The problem of lacking the design input and output or type selection parameters in designing vibration isolation has been solved. At last, on the basis of the research, the vibration isolation of an airborne frequency resource has been designed. The application result indicates that it has good performance in vibration isolating. The vibration response of the frequency resource with vibration isolator has been restrained effectively, compared with the one with no vibration isolator. Moreover, the phase noise ratio has also been improved obviously. The parameters of phase and noise both meet the demands. The proposed vibration reduction method is verified effectively and achieves the prospective goal.
