碳纤维天线反射面的热变形仿真

摘    要:碳纤维天线在大范围温变场将发生一定的变形,引起较大的天线波束指向误差,造成电性能下降,合理的铺层设计可以有效减少碳纤维天线热变形。应用ANSYS有限元分析技术,对各种铺层下的反射面在20~80℃范围内热变形进行了仿真分析,优选出合理的铺层方式;为了验证仿真结果,设计了一套测试装置。实验结果表明,仿真模拟结果与实验结果较为接近,误差为9.3%,从而探索出适合于工程应用的减少热变形的铺层设计方法,为高精度复合材料天线反射面的设计应用提供了依据。

Abstract:For composite antenna, there is some distortion in wide temperature range, which causes greater beam pointing error and electrical performance degradation. The reasonable layer design may be good for reducing heat distortion. The ANSYS finite element analysis was used to simulate heat-distortion of antenna reflector in every layer from 20 C to 80℃ and the best layer laying method was acquired. The experiment was done in order to verify the model by using a set of testing apparatus. The experiment showed that the simulated result was closed to the experimental one, with the error of only 9. 3%. As a result, we searched out the layer design method for reducing heat distortion, which is suitable for engineering application provides the foundation for the design of high precision composite antenna reflector.
