基于Verilog-AMS的数字射频电荷采样混频器 的混合信号建模与仿真

摘    要: 本文给出了数字射频电荷采样混频器的一般性理论公式表达,并提出了一种基于Verilog-AMS语言和电路宏单元的混合信号建模方法,对多抽头直接采样混频器进行了建模与仿真.在建模过程中,给出了一种基于分频器、抽样器和相位调整单元的数字逻辑控制单元新结构,解决了在SpectreRF仿真环境下用Verilog-AMS语言建模时所遇到的射频频域仿真算法的状态隐藏问题.
