温度变色有机电致发光研究

摘    要:本文报道一种以铕钆络合物(Eu0.1Gd0.9)(TTA)3(TPPO)2为发光材料的新型有机电致发光器件,该器件工作在77K至300K间不同温度时,电致发光呈现不同的颜色.研究分析表明,温度变色现象源于铕钆络合物配体三重态磷光强度对温度的依赖特性和铕钆络合物之间的能量转移.本文研究了不同温度下,铕钆铬合物配体三重态的磷光强度及三价铕离子荧光强度随温度的变化特性,测定了铕钆络合物的荧光和磷光量子效率.

Abstract:A novel organic electroluminescent device with EuGd complex, (Eu 0 1 Gd 0 9 )(TTA) 3(TPPO) 2,as an emitter is described.The color of the emitted electroluminescence changes with temperature varying from 77 to 300K.This phenomenon is discussed in terms of temperature dependent yields of phosphorescence from the triplet state of the Gd and Eu chelates and the intermolecular energy transfer from Gd chelate to Eu chelate cages.The phosphorescent intensities of Gd chelate and the fluorescent intensities of Eu 3+ at different temperature are investigated,and the quantum efficiencies of fluorescence and phosphorescence of EuGd complex are measured.
