摘    要:基片集成波导(SIW)技术中非常重要的问题之一是该类波导与其它形式传输线的过渡问题.最近已有文章探讨了SIW与微带线过渡的一种锥形结构,在本文中对此类结构进行了全面的拓展,分析了直接过渡、凸型过渡和凹型过渡几种情况,并实验验证了C波段的微带SIW转换器.实验结果表明,在4.1~5.5GHz的频段内,驻波比小于1.2,插损优于0.5dB.

Abstract:One of the principal problems in studying the substrate integrated waveguide (SIW) is the transition of SIW with other types of transmission lines.Recently a taper transition between microstrip line and SIW has been proposed.In this paper,the idea has been extended to more general cases,and several new transition types have been developed,including the direct,concave,and convex transitions,and the transition with multilayers.An experimental study has been made at the C band,which shows that a VSWR less than 1.2 through the band 4.1 to 5.5GHz and an insertion loss better than 0.5dB can be obtained.
