| Abstract: | A kind of matched filters in time-scale domain has been investigated in this paper based on continuous wavelet transforms, wavelet series and frame theory. It is shown that the wavelet based methods provide the same performance as traditional matched filters in ideal condition. Then we use it to detect transient signal with unknown parameters. Numerical examples and performance analysis show the method is effective and robust. |
