| 摘 要： | 本文利用泛函微分方程稳定性分析的方法之一－－Ｌｉａｐｕｎｏｖ泛函法给出了带 时延的细胞神经网络ＤＣＮＮ无条件稳定的一些充分条件，这些条件可用于设计出全局稳定的网络，因而具有重要的理论意义和应用价值。
