| 摘 要： | 本文克服了背地共面线谐振现象的有害影响，制作了国产高速半导体激光器非匹配微波封装组件，测试了组件的频响特性，由此提取了器件的等效参数，讨论了改善国产器件性能的技术途径。

| Abstract: | After overcoming the bad effect of the resonance phenomena on the back-ground CPW, a non-matching microwave package is developed for the laser diode (LD) made in China. Its frequency response to the direct modulation is measured. Then the equivalent parameters of LD are extracted. The technical way is discussed to improve the properties of LD in China. |
