摘    要:温度是影响菌落生长的一个至关重要的因素,因此对于菌落挑选仪中温度的实时采集与监控也是必须的.文中提出了一种铂电阻测试温度的方案.该系统具有体积小、灵活度高、实时性强、低功耗的特点,其实现了温度采集,并通过无线方式将采集到的温度数据传送到监控主机.该系统在硬件电路设计中采用新型的三线制接法很好地消除了引线电阻的影响,同时在软件算法中采用多点标定试验或采用查表法与线性插值相结合的方法,能够较好地对铂电阻进行非线性校正,使得测量结果更加准确.

Abstract:Temperature is a critical factor in colony growth,so it is necessary for real-time collection and monitoring of temperature in colonies selected instrument.This paper presents a scheme of platinum resistance test temperature.The system has small volume,high flexibility,strong real-time,low power consumption characteristic.It achieves the temperature acquisition.And it can send collected temperature data to the monitoring host through wirelessly.In the hardware circuit design,using the new three-wire connection can eliminate the influence of lead resistance while in the software algorithm using multi-point calibration test or table method combined with the linear interpolation method,is better able for nonlinear correction of platinum resistance.
