摘    要:本文论述了压电陶瓷的基本原理及其特性、驱动方法,并设计了压电陶瓷压电特性的开环测量方案.测量过程中应进一步调整光学平台的稳定性.设计了光电接收放大器.还运用共焦腔干涉方案详细分析了压电陶瓷的压电特性.

Abstract:The basic principle,characteristics and driving means of the piezoelectric ceramic were discused in this paper,and the open loop measure method of piezoelectric ceramic's characteristics was designed.In the course of experiments,the stability of optical table should be further adjusted.The photoelectricity receiving amplifier was designed,and the piezoelectric charactoristics of piezoelectric ceramic were analysed in detail by confocal cavity interference version.
