摘    要:在研究一种钢带无间隙直线传动机构的过程中,提出一种采用圆柱螺旋扭簧实现钢带张紧的新方法.介绍了钢带无间隙直线传动机构的工作原理;详细介绍了圆柱螺旋扭簧的张紧作用;分析了在运动周期内圆柱螺旋扭簧张紧扭矩的变化对钢带所受拉力和弹性变形的影响,以及引起的编码器输出误差,并给出了数学公式.对设计结果进行了验证,结果表明,圆柱螺...
