基于瞬态Stokes子矢量的信号检测

摘    要:研究了随机极化波中目标散射信号的检测问题。首先导出了正态随机极化波的瞬态Stokes子矢量概率分布密度的解析表达式,在此基础上,基于信号和背景噪声之间的瞬态Stokes子矢量统计特性差异,提出了一种基于瞬态Stokes子矢量的信号检测方法,仿真结果验证了该算法的有效性。

Abstract:The problem of signal detection in the background of randomly polarized wave is studied. Firstly, under the condition of Gaussian distribution hypothesis, the randomly polarized wave's statistical distribution property is presented and the analytical expression of the instantaneous stokes sub-vector's PDF is presented. Thereby, a novel detection algorithm is derived basing on the different statistical property of Stokes sub-vector between signal and clutter. Experimental results show that no matter how the signal is randomly polarized or is with fixed polarization the algorithm is quite effective.
