摘    要:通过分析雷达装备的维修方式和可用度,建立了雷达装备的功能板(印制版)随机备件优化模型,结合遗传算法解优化问题的特点,将遗传算法引入到求解备件优化问题中来,有效地解决了这一复杂的备件优化问题,保证了雷达装备具有较高的可用度。

Abstract:The maintenance mode and availability of radar are analyzed, and the model of spare parts optimization for functional board(PCB) of radar is established in this paper. The method for solving spare parts optimization is proposed, which is based on the feature of genetic algorithms. This method is effective in solving the problem of spare parts optimization and can insure high availability of radar system.
