数字经济治理碎片化问题及对策

近年来,我国数字经济快速发展,数字技术全面渗透到社会经济的各个方面,对经济增长起到了明显的促进作用。由于数字技术应用到各个行业,从而产生了大量的政策问题,而对数字经济进行治理的资源碎片化严重。因此,全球不少智库机构提出了建立“数字经济统一监管部门”的建议。从我国现有的数字经济管理体制来看,政府部门在数字经济监管与促进方面过于碎片化,对数字经济的发展带来了一些不利影响。建议我国建立“国家数字经济促进委员会”,统一负责对数字经济促进政策制订、执行以及监管等工作。

Problems of digital economic governance fragmentation and countermeasures

In recent years,with the rapid development of China’s digital economy,digital technology has penetrated into all aspects of social economy,playing a significant role in promoting economic growth.The application of digital technology to various industries produces a large number of policy problems,and the resource fragmentation of digital economy governance is serious.Therefore,many think tanks proposes the establishment of a "unified digital economy supervision department ".From the current management system of digital economy in China,the government departments are too fragmented in the supervision and promotion of digital economy,which has brought some adverse effects on the development of digital economy.This paper suggests that China should establish a "National Digital Economy Promotion Committee" to be responsible for the formulation,implementation and supervision of digital economy promotion policies.
