| 摘 要： | 2018年人工智能仍是全球各个国家争夺的关键战略重点,各国政府对人工智能的倡议也是研究人工智能技术发展和政策的重要部分。本文总结了美国、欧盟、英国和法国等全球主要国家2018年发布的人工智能重要文件和发展规划,并与我国政府已发布的人工智能相关政策进行对比分析,结合我国人工智能发展现状提出了政策和发展方向方面的建议。

| Abstract: | Artificial Intelligence is the key and strategic issue for technological revolution and industrial transformation. There are more than 17 countries in 2018 that proposed policies and development plans to accelerate the development and implementation of Artificial Intelligence. We summarize global Artificial Intelligence policy files and development plan in 2018, including USA, UK, France and European Union, compare with China’s Artificial Intelligence development plans and give suggestions on future Artificial Intelligence policy and development. |
