| 摘 要： | 视频的运动目标跟踪有很多干扰因素，如目标改变、复杂场景、目标变形等。为了解决这些问题，通过对几个常用的运动目标检测方法进行比较分析，提出了一个通过帧间差分和背景消除进行运动目标检测和识别的算法。通过进行模拟实验，结果显示了该算法具有较高的效率。

Research on Moving Object Detection of Video Surveillance |

| Abstract: | Moving object detection of surveillance video can be interfered with by many factors,such as target changing,complex scenes,target deformation.Several common methods for moving object detecting are researched,and an improved algorithm for moving object detecting based on frame-difference and background subtraction is presented to solve this problem.A simulation experiment is carried out and the result shows the high performance of the algorithm. |
