基于Modbus通信控制器的设计与实现

摘    要:本文将Modbus技术与无线技术相结合,设计了一款能对系统进行无线控制的Modbus的控制器。该控制器设计包括STM32最小系统设计、SX1268无线模块设计、RS-485通信模块设计、稳压模块设计和LED电路设计等。最后将系统应用在两套无线控制器进行测试。测试结果表明,系统可实时远程读取和调用设备的场数据和控制设备的工作状态,同时主机采集的数据与从机屏幕显示的数据完全一致,一次寻址可实现多通道数据采集,数据发送出错率低,稳定性高,并具有低成本,高安全性,高快捷等优点。

Abstract:Combining MODBUS technology with wireless technology,this paper designs a MODBUS controller which can control the system wirelessly.The controller design includes STM32 minimum system design,sx1268 wireless module design,RS-485 communication module design,voltage stabilizing module design and LED circuit design.Finally,the system is applied to two sets of wireless controllers for testing.The test results show that the system can remotely read and call the field data of the equipment and the working state of the control equipment in real time.At the same time,the data collected by the host is completely consistent with the data displayed on the slave screen.One addressing can realize multi-channel data collection,with low error rate of data transmission,high stability,low cost,high security,high speed and so on.
