新能源汽车用电池的监测与防自燃报警系统设计

摘    要:针对新能源汽车自燃时有发生的现象,本文提出了一种新型新能源汽车用电池的监测与防自燃报警系统。该系统由单片机STC89C52、GPRS、蜂鸣器、风扇等器件设计而成,能实现实时监测电源电池温度并进行相关处理的功能。当电池温度超过40℃,系统进行预报警和辅助降温;当超过60℃,系统将开启远程报警。此外,该系统具有报警响应速度快、外观小巧、可靠性高、方便使用等优点。

Abstract:Aiming at the phenomenon that new energy automobiles often self-combustion,a new monitoring and anti self-combustion system to the battery of new energy automobiles is introduced in this thesis.The system,which is designed by single-chip computer STC89C52,GPRS,buzzer,fan can realize functions that timely monitor battery temperature and carry out relevant processing.The system carries out pre-alarm and auxiliary cooling when battery temperature exceeds 40℃,it also starts remote alarming when battery temperature exceeds 60℃.In addition,the system has the advantage of fast alarm,compact appearance,high reliability and convenient use.
