建筑设计模型(BIM)的设计与应用

随着建筑行业的不断发展,传统的二维设计已经不能较好的满足建筑设计的需求,而全新三维仿真软件能够为建筑设计模型提供理想的技术支撑,通过构建专业技术平台,能够使BIM模型的设计更高效.本文首先对BIM技术的含义、特点以及具有代表性的Revit技术进行了简要阐述,然后具体探究了基于BIM技术建筑设计模型的设计与应用.希望本文对建筑设计模型设计与应用的研究,能够对建筑设计模型的创新与发展提供一定的参考意见.

Design and application of architectural design model (BIM)

With the continuous development of the construction industry,the traditional two-dimensional design has not better meet the needs of architectural design,and new 3D simulation software to architectural models provide ideal technology support,through the construction of professional and technical platform to enable BIM model to design more efficient.In this paper,first of all,the meaning of BIM technology,features,and a representative of the Revit technology are briefly described,and then the specific research based on the BIM technology architecture design model design and application.I hope this paper can provide some reference for the innovation and development of architectural design model in the research of architectural design and application.
