网络环境下高校心理健康在线教学模式研究

在高校人才培养中,大学生的心理健康程度,直接关系到高校人才培养的质量.在现代网络环境下,大学生的生活方式和生活形态发生不同程度的变化,环境的变化也导致了大学生心理健康问题出现了不同的变化,沿用传统的心理课程资源很难解决学生的心理健康问题.为了解决当前学生心理问题,必须依据现代网络技术充分利用网络上的各种资源,通过将教学资源与在线教学模式进行融合,及时发现学生出现的心理问题,并进行有针对性的解决,促进大学生健康成长.

Research on the online teaching mode of college psychological health in the network environment

In the college talent training,the psychological health of college students,directly related to the quality of college personnel training.In the modern network environment,college students' life style and life style change in different degrees,the change of the environment also lead to mental health problems of college students had different changes,the traditional curriculum resources is difficult to solve the psychological problems of students' psychological health.In order to solve the psychological problems of students,must be based on modern network technology makes full use of various resources on the network,through the integration of teaching resources and online teaching mode, discover the psychological problems of students,and targeted solutions,to promote the healthy growth of College students.
