摘    要:随着时代的发展,国家推行"互联网+"战略,大数据技术已在各行业得到广泛应用。电力体制也在逐渐改革,电力企业也遇到新的问题。我们基于电力大数据提炼出客户时空全息信息模型(CustomerSpace-TimeHolographicInformationModel以下简称CSTHIM),可以让电力企业进行大数据整合、分析挖掘,制定新的客户管理策略。下面给出了基于CSTHIM的催缴费分析的场景建设的参考范例。

Abstract:With the development of The Times and the implementation of the “Internet plus” strategy, big data technology has been widely used in various industries. The power system is also gradually reforming, and power enterprises are also encountering new problems. Based on power big data, we extracted Customer space-time Holographic Information Model (CSTHIM), which can enable power enterprises to integrate, analyze and mine big data and develop new Customer management strategies. The following is a reference example of scenario construction based on CSTHIM.
