K波段环形平衡混频器的仿真设计

摘    要:针对在毫米波段,由于波长较短,对3dB电桥结构来说,每臂太短且太宽,使电桥难于实现;而对环形结构来说,环的特性阻抗高,微带线窄,环的周长大,达到制造误差和设计误差都较小的目标。本文提出了一种K波段环形平衡混频器的设计方法,采用ADS的co-simulation工具对其进行了仿真,重点分析了隔离度、变频损耗和线性度方面的问题。文中给出了仿真测试数据,对数据进行了分析。并根据仿真结果可以得出该混频器具有较好的隔离度,变频损耗和线性度。

Abstract:Targeted at millimeter wave band, due to a shorter wavelength, for 3dB bridge structure, each arm is too short and too wide to bridge difficult to achieve; and right ring, the ring of high characteristic impedance, microstrip line narrow, ring weeks grow up to manufacturing errors and design errors are a smaller target. This paper presents a K-band ring-balanced mixer design method, using ADS's co-simulation of the tools for their simulation, focusing on analysis of isolation, frequency conversion loss and linearity problems. The article gives the simulation test data, and data were analyzed and, based on simulation results can be drawn that the mixer has a good isolation, frequency conversion loss and linearity.
