摘    要:场致发射显示器(FED)的工作电压高,且存在像素制备不一致引起的显示亮度不均匀等问题,故需要设计特殊的驱动电路来满足其工作要求并克服其缺陷。详细分析了FED常用驱动电路的性能和原理,并对其优点和局限性进行了讨论。

Abstract:In field emission display, the working voltage is very high and the luminance is non-uniform which was caused by the pixel non-uniformity. Consequently, special pixel driving circuits should be designed to overcome such difficulties. In this paper, performance and working principle of important circuits are closely analyzed and also the merits and limitations of the circuits are discussed.
