高速分幅相机图像采集的硬件设计与软件开发

高速门控4分幅相机可实现纳秒时间分辨的连续4帧图像采集。设计了分幅相机4通道图像采集的硬件系统,主要由4个CCD摄像头、多通道图像采集卡和主控计算机组成,在门控单次曝光工作模式下,外触发信号同时触发前端的电子学快门系统和后端的图像采集卡,实现对各路有效图像数据的同步采集。针对4分幅相机系统组成和工作原理,开发了专用的主控软件,功能主要包括各种工作模式下的采集控制和必要的图像处理。测试表明采集方案设计合理,所实现的软硬件系统工作稳定可靠,确保了分幅相机系统的整体性能。

Development of Image Acquisition System for Four-channel Framing Camera

Four-channel framing gated camera captures an image sequence of four frames with time interval of nanoseconds.In this paper,the four-channel image capturing system of the camera is designed,which is constructed by four ordinary CCD cameras,a multi-channel iamge capturing card,and a computer.If the framing camera runs at single-expose mode,when the electroshutter and the iamge capturing card triggerd by the same external signal,the useful images of the four diffrent channels are captured simultaneously.The software for the camera is also developmend,which takes charge of capturing control in every work mode and some necessary image process.At last,the test shows that the multi-channel image capturing system works well,which insures the integrative performance of the framing camera.
