基于3G的智能视频监控系统的设计

基于TMS320DM6446处理器和3G网络,设计了一个智能远程无线视频监控系统.该系统能够对采集到的视频内容进行智能分析,将有可能出现隐患的画面或视频进行存储,还可根据控制命令,智能地发送监控信息,包括定时发送、请求发送、事件发送等,这些监控信息可发送到一个或多个接收端.这样既可以避免传统视频监控系统连续录像带来的数据量大的问题,又能非常方便地组成多个监控点联网进行视频监控,具有智能监控、安装方便、隐蔽性好等特点.

Design of intelligent video surveillace system based on 3G network

A new remote intelligent video surveillace system is proposed based on the processor of TMS320DM6446 and 3G network in this paper. This system not only can intelligently analyse video content captured from the camera to detect and store possible hidden troubles, but also can smartly transmit the monitoring information which conducted by the order of control site to one or more receive side. Data sending model include timing transmit, requested transmit and abnoamal transmit. The design avoids large amount of data that 24 hours of continuous storage produce in the traditional video monitoring system, and can easily builds on-line monitoring network by many cameras. Thus this system has intelligent surveillance, more convenient installation, better invisibility.
