基于SVC码流自适应机制的视频转码技术

摘    要:针对现有转码技术中存在的转码质量低、运算复杂度高、存储容量大和成本高等缺陷,提出一种转码改进方法,将SVC(scalable video coding)应用到转码中以解决以上问题。将改进方法与传统转码技术进行了比较,实验证明,基于SVC的转码不仅复杂度大大降低,并且RD性能也优于传统转码。

Abstract:Existing transcoding technology has the problems of low transcoding quality, high computational complexity, large storage capacity and high cost. A improved method of transcoding which uses Scalable Video Coding (SVC) to solve the problems of existing transcoding technology is put forward.
