摘    要:提出一种基于3G无线网络平台实时传输MPEG-4流媒体的策略,结合移动视频监控系统,给出总体设计框图,并对嵌入式移动视频监控系统的软件设计进行了阐述.在3G网络平台上的运行表明,该系统能在带宽有限的情况下很好地工作.

Abstract:This paper presents a transmission scheme for MPEG-4 real-time video streaming over 3G network. Serving for a mobile video monitoring system, the framework of the system is given, and the software design of embedded mobile video monitoring system is described. The experimental results on 3G network show its excellent performance with limited bandwidth.
