3G视频监控系统传输部分的设计

摘    要:提出了一种基于3G网络传输的移动视频监控系统传输部分的设计方法,重点对系统传输部分的设计和实时传输的实现作了详细介绍.经测试,该传输部分在本视频监控系统中工作稳定并已得到良好应用.

Abstract:A method of transmission for a mobile video monitor system transmitted over 3G network is proposed in this paper.The design and implementation of the real-time transmission portion is introduced in detail.The testing results show that the transmission portion works stably and has been well used in this video monitor system.
