| Abstract: | This paper introduces the Soft-Hardware Design for H.264 Encoder based on DSP, explaining the function of the key part of the system, presenting the software design thinking based on DSP. Motion estimation, the core part of H.264 algorithms, is summarized, and fast multi-frame motion estimation algorithms for H.264 are proposed. |
