| Abstract: | The technical classification of flash memories and the features and functions of various types of technical architectures are described, and the main products available in the market place from the major memory manufacturers are briefly compared. The advantages and disadvantages and the solution of the flash memory NAND-K9W8GO8UOM from SAMSUNG is analyzed in detail by taking high resolution digital camera as a practical example. |
