| 摘 要： | 介绍一种基于PC的MPEG-4硬盘录像系统，其设计和实现充分利用DirectX的硬件加速技术，由计算机完成图像采集、显示，并应用MPEG-4标准实时编码以及录制存盘，从而节约了系统硬件成本，降低了存盘码率。
