低热耗空间行波管电子枪仿真与结构优化

摘    要:为提高空间行波管的效率,本文采用在阴极热屏筒上开孔的方法减小热子功耗,通过仿真得到优化的阴极热屏结构,并对仿真结果进行了实际测试和验证。结果表明,实测数据与仿真数据在仿真模型规定的950~1010℃范围内,仿真模型的误差范围在2.47%~4.45%之间,电子枪热子热耗降低了24.28%。

Abstract:The thermal shield structure of cathode is simulated and optimized to decrease thermal loss of heater, which is expected to improve the efficiency of some space traveling wave tubes(TWTs). An experimental test is carried out to verify the optimized scheme. The result shows that the deviation between simulation and test is about 2.47%~4.45% in the temperature range of 950~1010℃, and the heater power of the optimal structure is decreased by 24.28%.
