摘    要:本文主要介绍了目前国内外W波段行波管的研究现状及所达到的技术水平,对相关的慢波电路结构、电子光学系统及相关的加工工艺进行了分析。同时还对进一步提高W波段行波管输出功率、拓宽行波管带宽、改善电子注流通和耦合装置匹配性能等技术手段进行了研究和分析。

Abstract:This paper briefly introduces the state-of-the-art of W-band traveling wave tube(TWT).The slow wave structure,electron optical system and related manufacturing technology are described.The methods to increase the output power,broaden the bandwidth,improve the electron transmission and the matching property of coupling system of W-band TWT are also investigated and discussed.
