摘    要:采用溶液燃烧合成—碳热还原法制备了A1N粉末,研究了NaCI、NaF添加物对制备的前驱物、氮化过程及A1N粉末形貌的影响。结果表明:在溶液中分别添加一定量的NaCl和NaF,均能够得到厚度较薄的片状前驱物;添加NaF制备的前驱物在1500℃通氮气煅烧2h完全氮化时,能够得到尺寸分布均匀、更为蓬松、分散的A1N粉末;此外NaCl、NaF的添加不仅影响了AIN的形貌,而且影响了其初始氮化温度。

Abstract:Aluminum nitride (A1N) powders were synthesized by combustion-carbothermal method. Effects of NaC1 and NaFadditives on the size and morphology of precursors as well as synthesized AIN powders, and nitriding process were studied in detail. The results indicated that the precursor synthesized with NaC1 and NaF additives (0.05 mol/L), was comprised of paper-thin flaky particles; Acomplete nitridation conversion of the precursor synthesized with NaF additive was achieved by calcining at 1500℃ in N2 for 2 h,and the A1N powder was well distributed and highly dispersed. Besides,the additions of NaC1 and NaFnot only affected the phase compositions of precursors,but also affected the nitriding process.
