220 GHz同轴腔回旋管的研究

摘    要:同轴谐振腔是目前有望提高电子效率的方法之一,在圆柱腔中加入内导体轴,可以使工作模附近的模谱变稀有利于模式选择,抑制模式竞争,有利于电子束的降压回收。本文通过对同轴波导进行理论研究,分析了各种参数对其的影响,并用计算机编程进行数值分析,最终得出了理论上电子效率可以达到40%以上的同轴腔体结构。

Abstract:The coaxial-cavity is one of the hopeful methods raising the electronics efficiency at present.Joining the inside conductor axle in the cylinder cavity can make the pattern register nearby work pattern becomes rare,and this can be beneficial to model selection,restrain the model competition and recovery electron beam to step-down easily.In this text a theoretical research to the coaxial waveguide was carried out,the influence of various parameters was analyzed,and a numerical analysis in the computer was performed.Finally,a coaxial cavity structure which can achieve more than 40% of electronics efficiency in theory was obtained.
