磁控管脉冲前沿抖动测试技术研究

摘    要:本文就磁控管的振荡脉冲前沿抖动的测试技术进行了研究,并研制了相应的测试仪器。该仪器是基于脉冲前沿抖动的MIL标准定义,采用了单片机技术进行控制和数据处理。同时还解决了抖动信号的高速转换及单片机的抗干扰等难题。其优点是不仅精度高而且不用调制器外触发和精密延时线。

Abstract:In this paper the technology of magnetron leading edge jitter measurment was studied and the measuring instrument was also developed. The measurment was based on the definition of MIL standard, The measurment control and data processing were realized by the single chip. Besides,the main difficulties of high speed signal convert and single chip stability was solved. By this method,the instrument can get high measurement precision without outside trigger of modulator and high precise delay line.
