摘    要:本文叙述了大功率连续波磁控管的研制成果,该管为2450MHz、大功率、水冷、非包装式、全金属陶瓷结构、固定频率连续波磁控管,该管最大工作效率可达72%,最大连续波输出功率可达30kW,主要用于工业加热和等离子体应用,该管的研制成功为国内微波能应用提供了高效率的微波源。

Abstract:Development of a high power continuous wave magnetron is introduced in this paper. The working frequency of this magnetron is 2450 MHz with liquid-cooled and ceramic-metal structure. The Continuous wave magnetron is designed for industrial heating and plasma application, which maximum output power is 30 kW and maximum efficiency reach to 72%. The continuous wave magnetrons can be set as high efficiency microwave resources in the applying of microwave energy.
