W波段两种梯形线慢波电路过模工作研究

摘    要:针对W波段过模行波管可能采用的两种梯形线慢波电路结构进行了模拟计算,分析了工作在过模情况的可能性。结果表明传统梯形线慢波电路并不适合工作于高次模式,而悬浮梯形线慢波电路在第三个模式则有着相对较高的互作用耦合阻抗,可以在W波段实现1000W的功率输出。

Abstract:This paper analyzed two tunnel ladder slow wave structures which might be used in W-band overmoded TWT.The simulation results revealed that conventional tunnel ladder circuit was not properly to work in high-order mode.However,the suspended ladder circuit has relatively high interaction impedance in the third mode which can output 1000 W power in W-band.
