短毫米波折叠波导慢波结构精密加工技术

摘    要:介绍了短毫米波折叠波导慢波结构的精密加工技术的进展情况。利用精密电火花加工工艺方法,通过大量的试验实现了短毫米波折叠波导慢波结构的加工,并用于了行波管的研制。

Abstract:Impressive achievements in growing research of high precision machining technology used in folded waveguide slow wave structure(FWG SWS) was introduced.Based on repetitious attempts the specific process,W-band FWG SWS was achieved by electrical discharge machining(EDM) technology,and W-band FWG SWS was used in TWT.
