| 摘 要： | 本文介绍高性能多层有机电致发光显示器件。该器件可分为三类。多层器件的发光亮度超过１００ｃｄ／ｍ’，驱动电压低于２０Ｖ。文章也介绍了高亮度器件的发光机理和器件的稳定性。

| Abstract: | High performance organic electroluminescent(EL) device which are composed of organic thin multilayer films are described in this paper. The EL device were classified into three categories. Most of the EL device have luminance over 100cd/m2 at voltage less than 20V. The EL device mechanism for high luminace and the stability of device have also been presented. |
