| 摘 要： | 本文主要论述了英国ＥＥＶ，美国ＶａｒｉａｎｓＥｉｍａｃＤｉｖｉｓｉｏｎ和ＷｅｓｔｉｎｇｈｏｕｓｅＥｌｅｃ－ｔｒｉｃＣｏｒｐ．以及法国Ｔｈｏｍｓｏｎ四家公司在ＮＡＢ９７展示的数字ＨＤＴＶ发射管最新产品：四极管，ＭＳＲ：速调管，ＳｉＣ固态器件，ＩＤＴ和双端四极管Ｄｉａｃｒｏｄｅ的主要技术性能，同时也介绍了上述五种ＨＤＴＶ发射管在数字ＨＤＴＶ发射机中的应用实例。

| Abstract: | The principal and technical performances of tetrode ,MSDC klystron ,silicon car- bide solid-state device. IOT and Diacrode full-digital HDTV transmitting tube are described in this paper. These digital HDTV transmitting tubes are shown by EEV of UK , Varian s Eimac Division and Westinghouse Electric Corp. of USA . and Thomson of France at NA897. At the same time , the application examples of five type of transmitting tubes in the digital HDTV transmitter are also introduced. |
