透明多晶尖晶石的制备及应用研究

摘    要:报道了采用高纯、超细的尖晶石粉末作为起始原料,分别用真空热压烧结和真空烧结结合热等静压法制备各种形状透明多晶尖晶石的技术;测试了透明多晶尖晶石的透过率、抗弯强度、硬度、热膨胀系数、电击穿强度、电阻和介电常数等性能;介绍了透明多晶尖晶石在导弹整流罩等电磁窗口和防弹装甲及发光基片方面的应用,并探讨在其他方面的应用.

Abstract:In this paper, transparent polycrystalline spinel is fabricated by sintering or hot pressing highly pure ultra fine spinel powder in vacuum,then hot isostatic pressing (HIP) the sintered body. The panel up to 220 mm in diameter and 6 mm thick, the tube, the dome and the other shape of transparent spinel were fabricated by this method. The main optical, mechanical and thermal properties of transparent polycrystalline MgAl_2O_4 spinel are measured; the applications for transparent armor, for EM window and dome, for projection CRT and other applications were introduced.
