| 摘 要： | 主要研究了应用比例故障率模型（PHM）建立系统运行状态与故障率之间关系，并根据历史数据利用逐步描点的数值方法得到维修状态阈值，进而得到一个简单的定量判断规则用于视情维修决策。最后，以一个汽车发动机的视情维修为例说明全过程。

Then, the limit of running condition for maintenance is obtained by the numerical method of step tracing according to previous data. At last, condition based maintenance for motor engine is illustrated. |
