摘    要:战备完好性是舰船系统在使用过程中需要达到的一种质量特性。它是通过一系列工程活动设计、制造,并在系统中形成的。由于舰船的任务特点是远离岸基作战,出航时间长,各种任务状态(巡航、交战、锚泊)交替进行,这就要求舰船的各种系统具有良好的战备完好性,一旦出现故障,应能在海上及时修复,因此,在新装备的研制中,把使用可用性作为系统研制的主要目标,也作为在使用中系统必须保持的目标.这将从根本上解决舰船战斗力快速形成的问题。

Abstract:Readiness is a necessary quality characteristic of naval ship's weapon system in application. It is accomplished by a series of engineering activities of design and manufacture. The naval ship tasks features campaigns far away depot for a long time and alternation of various tasks. This will require naval ship's weapon system with favorable readiness, and any faults can be repaired at once on the sea. Therefore, readiness is the main goal in the development of a new weapon system and a retentive goal in service.This will solve the fundamental problem in the quick fermation of naval ship battle effectiveness.
