| 摘 要： | 通过对近百家大型一流企业进行咨询，发现在宏观环境“管制失效”中频频出现病灶．采用抓住产品和服务是取得经济效益的核心，紧扣以人为本的主题，建立质量、职业健康安全、环境三标一体化体系，从过程控制、过程监控、过程优化着手，强化管理，提高企业绩效。
