舰船装备可靠性工程中的几个重要模型特点分析

摘    要:可靠性是舰船装备的重要质量特性,是影响装备作战效能及其寿命周期费用的主要因素。对舰船装备可靠性工程中的故障模式影响和危害度分析模型、故障树分析模型、舰队保障库存大纲模型、老虎模型、以可用性为中心的库存模型、以战备完好性为基础的备件配置法模型进行了分析。这些模型在目前舰船装备的可靠性工程中具有重要的地位,对装备的战备完好性和任务成功性则是一个基本的分析评估手段。

Abstract:The reliability is very important quality characteristic of navy ship's weapon system. It's the main factor of combative effectiveness and life cycle cost of navy ship's weapon system. The article presents the analysis of failure mode and effect and criticality analysis model, fault tree analysis model, tiger model, availabilitycenter inventory model and readiness-based sparing mod- el applied to navy ship's weapon system reliability engineering. The models are important in relia- bility engineering of navy ship's weapon system at present. They are basic analysis and evaluation techniques for the operational readiness and the mission accomplishment.
