| 摘 要： | 介绍了一种基于C／S B／S模式的语音网络监测系统，对其功能、原理以及鳊程实现方法做了详细阐述。系统采用SQLServer数据库作为后台数据库，用可视化编程工具Delphi完成前台处理．并且运用ASP技术提供网页发布功能。

| Abstract: | This paper introduced a voice net detection system, which is based on C/S and B/S modes. The paper also illustrated the function, the theory and the implement. The system used the SQL Server as its Database, and used the visual programming tool-Delphi, the ASP technology is also used to publish Web. |
